Please arrive wearing a face mask and adhere to all safety precautions. You may be asked to wear additional protective wear such as smocks and/or gloves.
During this training, you will be required to actively practice and demonstrate a variety of techniques. Physical demands during this training include: Standing, walking, pivoting, reaching, holding, knee bends, assisted lifting, and/or squatting.
Close contact with another participant in class or the instructor may be needed to demonstrate effective holds.
This training has a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive after 10 minutes you may be asked to reschedule.
