Abound Health Attends Special Olympics
On June 3rd, the Abound Health team attended the NC Special Olympics in Raleigh. Held at the Jimmy V Arena on NC State’s campus, the Special Olympics is a time to recognize the talent and abilities of the IDD community. With some Abound clients and competitors from all around the state, this annual event truly celebrates what makes us different.
On Friday night, Abound Health greeted athletes as they entered the Opening Ceremony, and were met with excited and cheerful faces. On Saturday, Abound represented as athletes competed in the gymnasium and ended the day with the Olympic Town Dance.
We are proud to have supported and uplifted each participant as they competed for themselves and their community. We look forward to next year in anticipation!
