Some of our best days at Abound are when we celebrate our clients getting a job in their community and earning their own income. We work with employers and our job coaches to find the right job fit for each individual we serve. Abound has a team dedicated to developing long-term relationships with businesses who hire individuals with disabilities. Our job coaches work one on one with clients to apply, interview and prepare for jobs. The coach will support the individual on the job as long as needed.
