Supported by a Medicaid Waiver Program, we offer rehabilitative services and support to help individuals who have experienced a traumatic brain injury. The funding provides services & supports that enable individuals to choose an alternative to nursing facility care or specialty rehabilitation hospital care. Our services are provided in the home or community and are tailored to the individual’s choices and plan-based needs.
