Jenna is the president of Abound Health where she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business. She also works as a direct support staff, most recently providing respite service to an Abound client. She began her career in healthcare investment banking, advising companies in different facets of the healthcare continuum. From there, she joined Goldman Sachs’s principal investing group where she specialized in insurance. Before joining the Abound family, she was the president and general manager of Blue Point Brewing Company, a subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch. Jenna is a graduate of Hamilton College and holds a MBA from MIT. She lives in Charlotte NC with her family. She loves hiking, reading and attempting to play tennis.

As the CEO of Abound Health, Dennis is responsible for strategy, growth and client success. In addition to his leadership role, Dennis works as a direct support staff, providing weekly services to a long-standing service recipient.

He began his career advising healthcare service and software providers, where he built a deep understanding of our healthcare system. He then went on to cofound and serve as the CEO of a B2B software company that focused on improving the lives of older adults while increasing resident occupancy rates for senior living organizations.

Dennis is a graduate of Dartmouth College and holds an MBA from MIT Sloan. He lives in Charlotte with his wife Christina and their dog, Roger. He loves golden retrievers, Monopoly and the life-long struggles of golf.

Tisha received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Master of Health Administration as a full-time working mom, raising three wonderful children alongside her husband (John). She’s dedicated nearly two decades to healthcare operations and experiences immense joy when supporting others through challenging experiences. Her family is native to North Carolina, and they enjoy dividing their free time between the mountains and the coast. A few of her favorite activities are cuddling cats, visiting wineries, reading sci-fi books, or kayaking on quiet lakes.

With a passion for servant leadership, Raheed brings over 20 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, education, and non-profit management. He currently serves as the Chief Experience and Engagement Officer, a role focused on ensuring a person-centered, mission-aligned experience for individuals supported by Abound Health, their families, and the staff who serve them. Raheed leads efforts in data-driven advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and the development and implementation of programs that promote positive outcomes and quality care.

A proud graduate of Winston-Salem State University, Raheed lives by the motto, “Enter to Learn, Depart to Serve.” He resides in the greater Charlotte metro area with his lovely wife, Jennifer, and their three children: Makalah, Zoe, and Savion.

Jake received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Appalachian State University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Manchester.  Jake’s background is largely in global/regional manufacturing solutions and services via Ingersoll Rand and PSI Power and Controls, however his career began in professional financial services at AXA Equitable.  He has a wife of 11 years (Hannah) and 3 kids (1 girl/2 boys).  They are from the Charlotte area and enjoy the closeness of the Appalachian Mountains for family hikes.  Jake also enjoys a good Saturday full of yard work and continually pranking his kids.  One fun fact about him is that he basically has a farm at their house…3 kids, 2 dogs, 1 cat, 5 chickens, honeybees, and during early Covid, they experimented with tadpoles.

Tim is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in technology strategy, ideation, and product delivery. He has founded several technology start-ups and joined several growth stage companies. Tim works with organizational leaders to achieve business goals by harnessing technology solutions with proven success. He has a hands-on approach to delivering on the technology roadmap and building scale. Tim is excited to be part of the senior leadership team at On Target, focused on delivering great products and services to our customers. He is a technologist at heart and has received patent #7269605 for “Personal Information Manager Data Synchronization and Augmentation”.

Delma is the Chief People Officer at Abound Health, where she leads the strategy and operations of the people and culture function. She brings over 20 years of experience in human resources and healthcare operations across sectors including financial services, healthcare, and federal organizations. Prior to joining Abound, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Capital at LPL Financial Services, where she led large-scale organizational design, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives impacting over 4,000 employees. She also held leadership roles at Amazon, Norwegian American Hospital, and Hawai’i Health Partners. Delma began her career in the United States Air Force, where she developed a passion for service and team building. She has lived in six states, three islands, and two countries, and now calls North Carolina home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, exploring new restaurants, and traveling—especially anywhere with a beach.

As Chief Growth Officer at Abound Health, Elizabeth oversees business development, marketing and strategic growth initiatives across the organization. She is passionate about creating meaningful growth that expands access to quality care and improves the experience of the individuals and families Abound serves.

Elizabeth is driven by a personal mission to make healthcare more affordable and accessible, something reflected throughout her career. Prior to joining Abound, she served as VP of Growth at Affordable Dentures & Implants and Senior Manager of Strategic Product Development at CVS Health. She has also worked at Boston Consulting Group and IQVIA. She began her career supporting rural health centers in Rwanda and continues to volunteer with the Selamta Family Project.

Elizabeth holds MBAs from Columbia Business School and London Business School, and a BA from Dartmouth College. A mountain girl at heart, she now lives city life with her husband, daughter and dog, and looks for every opportunity to get outdoors to bike, ski, run or golf.

As Vice President of Operations for Star Pediatrics by Abound Health, Jennifer leads operational strategy and performance initiatives that support clinical excellence and high-quality care delivery. She brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience across clinical operations, nursing leadership, workforce strategy and organizational transformation.

Prior to joining Star Pediatrics, Jennifer held executive leadership roles at VNS Health, where she led multi-site clinical operations and workforce engagement initiatives. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for improving quality outcomes, strengthening employee engagement and implementing innovative care delivery models.

Jennifer earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Duke University School of Nursing. She is passionate about building collaborative, people-centered cultures where teams can thrive while delivering exceptional care.

Originally from New York, Jennifer now lives in Monmouth County with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, baking and all things Disney.

As Executive Vice President of Quality and Compliance at Abound Health, Sheila leads enterprise-wide efforts focused on safety, quality, compliance and client-centered care. She brings extensive experience in clinical operations, regulatory oversight, performance improvement and electronic health record implementation across complex healthcare environments. Known for her empathy and practical leadership style, Sheila is passionate about building systems that strengthen accountability, elevate care and support meaningful outcomes for the individuals and families Abound serves.

A lifelong learner, Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from SUNY College at Cortland, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southwestern Vermont College, and an MBA/MHA from Pfeiffer University. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).

Outside of work, Sheila enjoys spending time with her family, reading, attending sporting events and concerts, and finding any excuse to be at the lake or the beach.

Kristin Burgess leads recruiting and onboarding operations, bringing her rich background in occupational therapy and clinical operations to her role. Starting her career as an Occupational Therapist for children with I/DD, she later served as the director of operations for a private healthcare organization. A graduate of the University of North Carolina with an MS in Occupational Therapy, Kristin is a dedicated advocate for the I/DD community and supports the North Carolina Fragile X Foundation. Her passion for this field is deeply personal, inspired by her brother, John David, who has Fragile X Syndrome. Kristin and her husband share their Charlotte home with their two Great Pyrenees.

Traci Butler has been part of the human services field since 1997, specializing in clinical oversight for developmental disabilities and mental health services across North Carolina. She holds a BA in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and an MSW from UNC Charlotte. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trained EMDR therapist, Traci has a deep commitment to improving care standards and outcomes. Outside the office, she co-leads her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop and occasionally enjoys painting and mastering Beat Saber in VR.

Joe brings extensive experience in human services and healthcare, with leadership roles spanning organizations including The Arc of Philadelphia and KenCrest Residential Services. Known for his compassionate, people-first approach, he is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate challenges and access meaningful support and services.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from East Stroudsburg University and a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from University of Scranton. In addition to his professional work, Joe founded an AAU basketball organization that provides scholarships to student-athletes, creating opportunities for young people to grow both on and off the court.

Joe lives in Pennsylvania with his wife, Rachel, and their four children, Matteo, Lillian, Julia and Benjamin. Outside of work, he enjoys reading sci-fi, cheering on the New York Knicks, golfing, traveling and spending time in the Poconos.

Brian Schroeder brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare operations, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams across private duty nursing, non-medical care, home health, and primary care settings throughout New Jersey, Philadelphia, and the surrounding suburbs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Brian is committed to operational excellence, focusing on building efficient, scalable teams that deliver exceptional service while improving clinical outcomes. His leadership style emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his four children, coaching his eldest son’s baseball team, and pursuing his interest in landscaping.
